Hotel Villa Fiorita is one of the historic establishments in Salsomaggiore Terme, strategically located at the beginning of Via Milano, a place that harmoniously blends memories of ancient Salsomaggiore with those of the modern city.

Designed by the Milanese architect-engineer Cesare Nava, the hotel opened its doors on May 20, 1907, quickly establishing itself as one of the main tourist attractions in the area. The building, constructed in the Art Nouveau style, stands out for its sinuous floral decorations on the facades and its characteristic wrought-iron balconies, which inspired the name Villa Fiorita.

Over the years, the hotel has experienced periods of great success, managed by prominent figures in the hospitality industry. However, in 1995, Villa Fiorita temporarily closed its doors.

The Revival with the Mazza Family

In 2001, Luigi Mazza, driven by a deep passion for hospitality and a connection to his hometown, decided to purchase Villa Fiorita. After an important renovation that lasted 14 months, the hotel reopened in April 2002, renewed yet faithful to its original Art Nouveau charm.

Today, Hotel Villa Fiorita is managed by Luigi Mazza along with his wife Patrizia and their daughter Martina. Together, they warmly welcome their guests with dedication and passion, creating a unique atmosphere where modern comfort blends with the timeless elegance of Art Nouveau style.
